The following terms and conditions must be agreed for you to be allowed to use this site in any way. Please read carefully and keep a copy for reference. By accessing the site you are by default agreeing to these terms and conditions and that you fully understand them. The minimum age for any models registering on this website is 16 and as such anyone who is under 18 will be required to give evidence of permission from a parent or guardian should they be shortlisted for assignments. www.glmodels.net is a website service for displaying information and is owned by GL Models. Within these terms and conditions Models are any person using the site to upload their details and clients are any person using our search facilities.
All Models and clients subscribing to this site are declaring that they are over the age of 16. You agree that your interaction with this website will be subject to these terms and conditions which shall be exclusive of any other terms and conditions Furthermore any models who are under the age of 18 and register must do so with the permission of a parent or guardian. Proof of this will be requested. If permission from a parent or guardian is not forthcoming from any person under 18 then it will not be possible to allow progress in any assignments.
www.glmodels.net offers a web site service, which presents details of those wishing to be classed such as models, actors or artists and other performers to members. Typical members being photographers, television companies, production companies, appropriate agents and many others.
Model contact telephone numbers will be validated from time to time and any incorrect numbers highlighted deleted from the database. It is the sole responsibility of the Model to inform GL Models if any contact details are changed and no liability will be accepted for this.
This site is only available to Models with a current valid gold membership and paid subscription for glmodels.net .GL Models will utilise all reasonable methods to promote this web-site for its members but does not under any circumstances imply or guarantee the levels of business that will be achieved, since this depends on a number of variables including those that are the responsibility of the Model and therefore beyond our control.
We operate and control the Website from <placew:ston><country-regionw:ston>UK and we make no representation that any content or information within the Website is appropriate for use in any other jurisdiction.
Following any period of free subscription, monthly or annual subscriptions will be charged at the corresponding rate for the service subscribed to. PayPal subscription payments will be automatically processed on renewal, unless cancelled in writing or via email at least 10 working days prior to the date of renewal (the same day of the month as when you first subscribed). Credit Card and Debit card statements will show "GL Models". We will process all cancellations if the stated process is followed, however we cannot refund any membership fees.
The Company reserves an unlimited right to close accounts for any undesirable behaviour from either clients or Models or for failure to settle any payments due.

GL Models retains the right to make minor changes to these Terms and Conditions without prior warning.
These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately to all new subscribers and any existing subscribers from the date of their renewal.
No employer and employee relationship exists between the Models and GL Models. All Models are operating on an independent basis and accept the responsibilities that this entails. GL Models will not accept any liability for any claims of any description arising between Models and clients which have met using this site. GL Models offers a service which provides information only and we have no contract with any subscribers to this site other than these terms and conditions.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep your information secure, but unless we are negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you. GL Models makes no checks on any clients who register for search facilities and therefore we can not guarantee that access to the site is limited only to those persons working within this industry. GL Models accepts no responsibility for the care or well being of Models who meet and work with any Clients sourced on this website.
GL Models reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for the GL Models website at any time. By using the Website following any changes you are deemed to have accepted the new terms and conditions. You as a user or a member of this site take full responsibility to check if any changes have been made on an ongoing basis.
A user of the GL Models website you accept that you will not use the site for anything illegal in accordance with all relevant laws. You also accept that any information you provide to us is accurate and not in any way defamatory, offensive or obscene nature. You also accept that the information you are providing is about yourself only and not a third party.
All correspondence from you to us must state your name, postal address and e-mail address .We shall not accept proof of posting as proof of receipt. We shall be entitled to require additional evidence of your identity for security purposes from time to time.
You will be issued with a password and/or a username access the GL Models products website. All passwords and/or usernames issued by us to models or Clients are exclusive and non-transferrable and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times.
We reserve the right to withdraw your password and/or your username at any time without notice. In these circumstances we shall issue you with a new password and/or username provided that you have not caused or contributed to any breach of security by not complying with these terms and conditions.
Any user of the GL Models website assumes full responsibility for all actions taken. This includes any charges that may be attributed when your access details are used to enter the site whether authorised or unauthorised by you.
GL Models make no claims to the accuracy of information on the GL Models website. Any material taken from the website in a legitimate manner will be at your own risk. GL Models does not accept any liability for any losses or damages that may be incurred. This applies either directly or indirectly and if they are caused by computer viruses, technical faults or any other means.
By using the GL Models website you acknowledge that all information you provide to us will not be verified by us for accuracy. GL Models declare that unless otherwise stated, all copyright and similar rights in all material published on the GL Models website (other than any material where copyright is declared at source) is owned by GL Models. GL Models do not allow the gathering or collection of any information from this website. We do not permit members or anyone using this site to publicly display any of the website information. Furthermore none of the GL Models website material may be reproduced or stored in or transmitted to any other web site. Its is strictly forbidden to post any content from the GL Models Website to public display areas such as newsgroups, mailing lists or electronic bulletin boards.
Your privacy is of critical importance to us and as such we take privacy and security of customer information very seriously. Any data will be treated as confidential and not passed to third parties at any point.
If the site requires any upgrades and / or technical issues then there may be periods when the service is off-line.
